"Paperless" Charts
Since 1997 we have maintained essentially the
entire patient chart electronically. This provides
numerous efficiencies, not to mention it is more secure than paper. Patients can access
encrypted account & appointment information online.
Video Monitors
We feel it is very important for a patient to thoroughly understand their health and options. In each operatory, there is a monitor in front of the patient, allowing better education through illustrations, x-rays, and fiber-optic
photos of your mouth. It also provides a bit of entertainment to help
make the best of your experience.
Digital X-rays
Since January, 2000 we have taken x-rays with
a high-resolution digital sensor instead of film. This cutting edge
approach provides instant developing and reduces radiation
exposure by 80%. This is also environmentally sound since there
is nothing disposable (i.e. chemicals or lead).
